- Provide Checklists and Forms to help you apply for the loan. You can start with the Loan Inquiry Form and phone consultation before you start filling out forms and sending documents.
- Interact with Seller and/or Broker to acquire all necessary documents that both you and the lender need to make a proper decision.
- Edit and finalize application forms. You can fill out forms as worksheets and we’ll finish them up with information you provide.
- Pull credit report, analyze results, explain any issues and help you get assistance if needed.
- Organize buyer & seller documents, and create the Practice Analysis for the lender.
- Business Plan editing – provide you an outline and help you finish it.
- Projections – we’ll formulate it or edit yours if you work on it.
- Submit your Loan request to the most likely lender, with a winning application package.
- Underwriting Interaction, answer lender questions, collect additional data when needed. We also prepare you for your underwriter interview.
- Loan Commitment Review – we’ll explain all the details and requirements to close the loan.
- Business Valuation interaction – when required by lender, a 3rd party valuation will be ordered and we’ll help with whatever they need to finish the job.
- Closing Guidance – you will work directly with the lender with us behind you to help both you and the lender get it done.
Direct Personal Service
PracticeLoanHelp.com is based on personal, direct communication. Telephone conversations are the best, most underrated method. Email via our secure server lets us quickly examine documents and provide explanations to save and share with your team. If you want to use a portal for documents, send the link but it’s not required. Responses will be done with direct email and your documents are secure.

That means we’ve closed many practice loans without collateral, and also with buildings, encountered and solved many problems. We will help you avoid mistakes before you make them, which would delay your goal of practice ownership.
Using Direct Lenders
Coffman Capital is not a Direct Lender – but we know who the right ones are. Avoid delays with a lender that sincerely wants to help you, but cannot. Let’s not let that happen to you!
Consulting Service
Coffman Capital & Coffman Funding (consulting entity) provide professional financial consulting, though you may call us a “Loan Broker”. You only pay if the loan closes. We mutually agree to a specified fee amount for service before we submit the loan. You receive an invoice after the loan closes. Working Capital is always part of the loan so it’s unofficially financed.
If The Deal Does Not Close
In some cases, the borrower found that the business was not a fit for them. Using information we helped gather and analyze, the customer decided to not pursue the business. When the customer offered payment, we declined to accept. Our promise to not charge unless a loan is funded is consistent.
Consulting Agreement
After receiving enough information to know a transaction is feasible and you like the program options, a one-page no fine print consulting agreement is sent to you. We discuss the fee with you first, and will then proceed when you execute it. The Consulting Agreement covers the following:
- Who you are, and how much you agree to pay once a loan closes
- Non-Circumvent – 3 years to keep borrowers from using the lender to whom we submitted the loan without compensating us.
- Exclusivity – provides that you to hire us for 90 days exclusively. It protects us and our lender, and is not a closing deadline. It means you won’t apply elsewhere for that time. When it takes longer, we usually renew it, but it’s not required since by then it is usually approved and in closing.
